We are looking for a reliable Store Assistant to support our team with the store daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a team-player, have excellent communication skills and passion for running and sports. This position offers growth opportunities in a new and expanding team of a new Berlin-based brand. Together we will not only build the brand but also contribute to the development of Berlin's running culture.

Location: Torstrasse 62, Berlin
Job type: Full Time
Contracted hours: Maximum 40 hours per week
Shift pattern: Varied shifts including mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends – all will be discussed at interview

Responsibilities 

  • Present the brand at the store and deliver customer service
  • Receiving, processing, and organising shipments and deliveries accordingly
  • Maintain stock levels in store
  • Inventory supervision
  • Manage online shop

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Able to work a flexible schedule
  • Confident German and English skills
  • Passion for sports and running or motivation to start running

Wholesale Manager w/m/d
Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Wholesale Manager to lead and manage our wholesale operations from start to finish. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong network in the fashion and sportswear industry, excellent organisational skills, and a deep understanding of the fashion and running communities worldwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships, driving sales, and managing the entire order fulfilment process to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Expansion & Strategy Development: Identify new market opportunities and potential partners to expand the brand’s presence. Develop tailored strategies for each target market to drive growth and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Market Position Improvement: Analyze and implement strategies to enhance the brand’s position in existing markets through relationship building, targeted sales initiatives, and brand optimization.
  • Network Development: Cultivate and expand relationships with buyers, agents, and brand representatives to enhance market reach and support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by developing and executing strategies, negotiating contracts, and meeting revenue targets, with a focus on new and existing markets.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for wholesale clients, managing inquiries, order processing, and after-sales support to foster strong, long-term relationships.
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, particularly within the global running and fashion communities, to identify opportunities and anticipate shifts in market demand.
  • End-to-End Order Fulfillment: Oversee the entire wholesale order process, from initial order placement through to final delivery, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient fulfillment.
  • Inventory Coordination: Collaborate with production and inventory teams to monitor stock levels, plan inventory, and ensure product availability for wholesale orders.
  • Shipping & Logistics: Coordinate with logistics partners to manage shipping, tracking, and delivery processes, handling any issues that may arise to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on wholesale performance, client satisfaction, and market trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations for growth.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in wholesale or B2B sales within the fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage the complete wholesale order cycle from initial sale to final delivery.
  • Strong network of buyers, agents, and brand representatives in relevant industries.
  • Deep understanding of the global fashion and running communities, with a personal interest in running.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and order management software.
