We are seeking a dedicated Stock Assistant to join our team and help manage our inventory and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas to ensure efficient use of space and resources.
- Receive and process incoming warehouse stock products, including verifying quantities and inspecting for damages.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and improve inventory management processes.
- Perform regular inventory audits to monitor stock levels and report discrepancies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management strategies.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Experience as a stock assistant, store manager, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Confident English skills, German is a plus
- Passion for sports and running or motivation to start running
