Refund policy

RETURNS

Our return policy is 30 days from the date you receive your package. Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or exchanges if 30 days have passed since you received your delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and with tags still attached. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused for a refund.

To initiate a return, contact us at order@optimisticrunners.com with your order number, return items, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process. Alongside your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.


SHIPPING

To return your product, send return items to the following address:

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.

You can choose any shipping company, but for items over 75 euros, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.


EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at order@optimisticrunners.com, and we will assist you with the exchange.

If you would like to exchange your items for a different size, please email us at order@optimisticrunners.com. In this scenario, you will need to send the exchange items to our address in Berlin.

Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the initial exchange.
Once we have received the exchanged items, we will cover the shipping costs for the second shipment back to you.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 working days. If you haven't received your refund within this timeframe, please check your bank account again. If the issue persists, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at order@optimisticrunners.com.
